Booking Procedure

Current subscribers to The Boltons Garden Enclosures are welcome to hold children’s parties in the North Garden. Parties should be booked through Lucy Morgan at: lucyboltonsgdns@gmail.com. Please note that no parties can be held on Sundays.
Exclusive Hire
To book the North Garden for your exclusive use for a four hour period (inclusive of setting up and clearing up) the charge is £500. There is also a deposit of £250 which will be returned the week after the party has taken place. The £750 can be paid to the normal account: 14342502 sort code 51-50-01. On receipt of the payment the booking will be confirmed. Please pay promptly!
Shared Basis
Alternatively, you may also book the north end of the North Garden on a shared basis for a period of three hours (to include setting up and clearing up) at a cost of £150. There is a £150 deposit for this which will be returned the week after the party. The £300 can be paid to the normal account: 14342502 sort code 51-50-01. On receipt of the payment the booking will be confirmed. Please pay promptly! In this case the North Garden will remain open to subscribers but the north end will need to be sectioned off for the party to take place. Please put out the cones (kept behind the shed) to mark out the area designated for the party. Markers have been put on the fence at each side of the garden to guide you. You should also put the cones back behind the shed at the end of your party.
Utilities and Amenities

Electricity is available via the socket in the gazebo if you would like to play music or have a small bouncy castle. Please ensure that you have located the socket before the day, as someone will not always be available on party days to guide you. If music is to be played, please consider the neighbours.
We do not provide tables and chairs.
Glass containers, fires, BBQs and fireworks of any description are not permitted.
Unfortunately, the church have withdrawn the use of the toilets. Their use can only be guaranteed by booking the church hall through the church at office@stmarytheboltons.org.uk.
Guidelines on the day​

If you have booked the garden for exclusive use please ensure that the gates are either kept locked or manned at all times to prevent intruders.

If you are sharing the garden with subscribers please put out the cones (kept behind the shed) to mark out the area designated for the party. Markers have been put on the fence at each side of the garden to guide you. You should also put the cones back behind the shed at the end of your party.

Please use the large industrial blue bins kept by the shed for your rubbish, rather than the small bins around the gardens.

Helium gas canisters cannot be left in the garden. They are highly flammable and need to be taken to the recycling centre for safe disposal.

All structures erected on the day must be taken down and removed. If a contractor is undertaking this then please supervise them and ensure that clearing up is complete by the end of your 3 or 4 hour period.

The garden is not to be used after dusk.

No refunds are given in the case of bad weather, but we will try to agree another future date with you.

Subscribers hold parties entirely at their own risk and are responsible for the safety of all those who participate.
